Must Have Skills 1
1. Knowledge and Experience in any of the Contact Center technologies like Genesys, Cisco, Avaya etc.
2. Knowledge on Contact Center and Unified Communication architecture models and terminology.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Effectively understand and document technical information clearly and concisely in "System Architect" application.
2. Good written/oral communication skills.
Desired years of experience:
6+ years
Education/ Certifications (Required):
Bachelors Degree
Top 3 responsibilities:
1. Technical blueprints and architecture diagrams in ppt, word, visio format to be moved to "System Architect" app
2. Update / modify architecture diagrams for PBX project and create new documents – will have to work closely with the client architects 3. Coordinate with offshore to complete the deliverables.
Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Yes
What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? Multi vendor environment, 8 hours each
