Location: Bridgewater , NJ

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Req Details:

Mandatory skills :

Have a strong background in Service Design and Transition within a global business environment

• Have worked across IT Service and Projects to ensure all internal teams are aligned in their delivery objectives

• Have strong experience enforcing ITIL process and ideally a strong understanding of project methodologies

• Be able to manage diverse and challenging stakeholders

• Prior experience in CRM domain with respect to Service Design & Introduction is desirable

• Any experience within the Life Sciences sector is desirable but not essential

• Should have excellent communication and articulation skills
