ServiceNow Admin/Developer – CMDB and Discovery moduels.

· Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems.
· Support clients in ServiceNow operations like User/ Group administration, reporting, Metrics, SLAs, etc.
· Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
· Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise
· Be available to travel and work remote to support issues impacting ServiceNow or its related systems within the client's enterprise.
· Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals
· Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
· Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
· Provide quality and consistent service to clients.
