JOB DESCRIPTION
 

Ø  Facilitate daily scrums, Facilitate work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions Ø  Create and monitor burn down and burn up charts Ø  Track and drive out tasks for all sprints to completion and within the timeframe of the work effort, Maintain work effort backlog Ø  Helping the team learn and follow Scrum practices Ø  Working with the DevOps team and Release Engineers in seeing the project to completion Ø  Knowledge and experience of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration Ø  Ability to work together with the development team(s) and the Product Owner(s) Ø  Removing impediments for the teams, and guide the team towards product release Ø  Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills Ø  Work with Scrum teams to encourage creativity and empowerment, improve productivity, and keep information about the team s progress up-to-date and visible
