Job Description
10+ Years experienced production support lead, should have experience in Java and JSF, Prime faces technology.
Understand the framework, logging mechanisms, web services etc. Understand the business and functionality of the QQL application.
Required to manage the production support tickets (handling of tickets Defects, CR / Enhancements) with onsite and offshore teams
Interact with end users to understand the problems and analyse the issue. Assign the ticket to the respective development team (Web development, .Net services, titan services, data management, and
images team) with analysed details and also should be capable of fixing the issues Track the ticket as per the release plan and deliver the same.
Should follow the release management process followed by customer. Produce the ticket analysis reports, MIS reports, root cause analysis reports etc. to the management
Candidate should be technically sound (80% technical knowledge and 20% Managerial skills)
