Job Description:-

 

Documentum platform- XP2.2 and physical records services skills.
2. Application tools skills including Documentum Composer.
3. Need to have Task space skills
4. Good knowledge on DQL
5. Design approaches and strategies for Documentum integration and development, while adhering to Enterprise Content Management best practices and implementation.
6. Good Knowledge on Quality document management process.
7. Consolidation of environments into Documentum.
8. Providing technical oversight, root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex technical Documentum related issues.
9. Nice to have knowledge on .NET framework and SharePoint
10. Java, UNIX knowledge is a plus
11. Need to have good knowledge of PL\SQL 12. Should be ready to be cross trained on different technologies

Roles and responsibilities

 

1. Flexibility to adapt and inculcate industry best practices as mandated by customer and client management.
2. Communicates continually with the client and project teams - Provides weekly/monthly status
3. Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies
4. Working closely with team members and follow hand over take over process
5. Provide rotating 24x7 on-call support as necessary
6. Coordinate with off shore support team members , business analysts and customers
