LOCATION: Piscataway, NJ, United States

 

Requisition Details:

The individual is expected to have excellent communication. Also, he should have Sap Successfactors exposure. Motivating project team members to action. Experience in Onshore – offshore coordination.

•             Around 6-8 years of Recruiting Project Management Experience

•             A Recruiting expert with experience & knowledge in SAP Successfactors with RCM, Onboarding

•             Individual should have strong project management skills and communication skills.

•             The individual should be able to assist with process design.

•             Should be a quick learner.

•             Client expectation management.

•             Resource Management

 

At least 1 or more from the following Certifications:

•             SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

•             SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

•             SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

•             SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
