Job Description:

Candidate should be QA with OpenPages, rest all is good to have

Summary:

Sr. QA resource with working experience in Testing with IBM® OpenPages Operational Risk Capital Modeling tool to quantify operational risk capital based on Basel approaches, including the Basic Indicator Approach (BIA), the Standardized Approach (TSA), and the Advanced Measurement Approach (AMA).

 

Detail:

·        QA Lead on various software projects in the Operational Risk area

·        Optimize and streamlined QA processes

·        Having excellent knowledge of various QA techniques/Automation tools

·        Create comprehensive test strategies, test execution plan, test cases, automated scripts

·        Defect management and prioritization

·        Delivere high quality software that met client requirements using Agile Scrum process

 

Responsibilities:

•             Managing QA team to drive and coordinate project test deliverables

•             Creating test plan for test strategy, scope, resources, and schedule based on business focus and development impact

•             Interface between Business and QA to address unclear requirements and gaps

•             Conducting daily stand up meetings to track progress and address impediments

•             Mentoring QA team on business process and test automation for functional and performance test cases

•             Defect management and prioritization

•             Reporting test results to reflect the test status, quality, coverage and issues

•             Optimizing and streamlining QA process to mitigate risks and effective execution

•             Follow Agile Scrum process for software development and testing

•             Participate in defining requirements and scope for operational risk capital calculation that are in line with industry and regulatory standards

issues.
