Experience Level/Designation: 10+Years

Must-Have
Overall 8+ years of experience in Oracle Incentive Compensations module with at least 3-4 implementation / Upgrade in Oracle EBS R12

- Considerable knowledge in PL/SQL
- Proficient in setups and configurations in the above areas
- Knowledge of Application Express / OA Frameworks is desirable
- Sound knowledge in Application architecture, Integration methods and Reports
- Experience with Oracle standard methodology in AS-IS process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design and testing
- Ability to write and review documents as per AIM documentation standards.
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design, and modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
