Job Title: Jr. POS Tester with Retail Domain Exp.
Job Location: Columbus OH
Duration: 3+Months
Mode of Interview: Phone then Face To Face
Rate:$35/hr on C2c(All Inclusive)
Any Visa is Workable
Required:
• Write and executes detailed test cases.
• Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence is required.
• Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, specifically iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT audiences.
• Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams.
• Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Independently develops key deliverables and publishes with supervisor review.
• Proactively applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to provide input on key decisions that are supported by facts.
• Mobile application testing experience and familiarity with mobile simulators are preferred.
• Retail / eCommerce background is preferred.
• Experience updating and executing automated scripts (Selenium) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in testing / QA.

• Is there a possibility for extension? - Yes
• Could you provide a little background on the department and project they will be working on? – They will be working as part of a co-located Agile team.
• What are some things that would stand out from candidates and what are some disqualifiers? - Strong communication and experience working on Agile / Scrum projects are key.
• What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload? - Morning scrum, regular interaction with testers and Product Team / BAs, focus on writing and executing test cases.
