Role: PBM Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months
(Need PBM Experience – 1+ Year of exp is must)
Project/RFP Details
The project aims at capturing the business requirements for Benefit configurations for Pharmacy plans.
1. Understanding, elicitation and documentation of clients business needs around prescription benefit plan design
2. Translating client needs and requirements to internal CVS teams such as Benefits Coding, Testing and Quality Analysis
3. Building relationships with key client stakeholders through a consultative approach to fully understand client benefit plan design needs
4. Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client benefit setup
5. Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and make key decisions
Skill Group
PBM
Must Have Skills:
Strong Business analysis experience in gathering client requirements
Expert level of experience in RxClaim and benefit plan design
PBM Industry experience
Strong experience with client relationship building
Good to have skills
Strong level of understanding on Formulary Management, Drug Utilization Management, and Claims Adjudication
Leadership experience in managing project team
Prior experience of business requirement management for pharmacy plan benefits. Desired Skills: Prior experience of business requirement management for pharmacy plan benefits
