GIS CONSULTANT / LA / Contract

Position: GIS Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

6-10 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 5 years in implementing GIS Solutions for Utilities.

*         Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on design, development and deployment experience in GIS.

*         Familiarity with process integration of GIS with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core WMIS. CIS, Synergee etc.

*         Familiarity with GIS Product Architecture, ArcGIS server,  Data Model, web services, python scripting, geo-processing services.

*         Programming experience in Java Script, Type Script and ArcGIS Mobile platform is required.

*         Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets

*         Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
