Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
1. Amazon Web Service platform based Performance Testing 2. Knowledge of performance testing tools (like Load Runner/Gatling), monitoring tools (like CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Dynatrace), Profiling tools (like YourKit, VisualVM, Jprofiler)
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Knowledge of Core Java and Python 2. knowledge SAFe methodologies Desired years of experience: 10+ years of performance testing experience with 2 years of AWS performance testing experience.
Responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Setting up performance test processes 2. End to end responsibility of performance testing including planning, execution, analysis, reporting, identification of bottlenecks, working with development team to get the issues fixed and retest against baseline numbers.
