Pega Consultant (Business Analysis)

Job Details:

Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)

1.PEGA CSSA or LSA-1 certified developer 2.Business Analyst

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Experience related to Pega Rules Engine implementation 2. Agile team working

Desired years of experience : 8+

Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Certified CSSA Developer related activities for Pega
2. Conduct DCO sessions with Client SMEs to capture detail requirements
3. Conduct sessions to show working prototypes (processes and screens) – Show & Tell Sessions
4. Coordination with offshore and customer

Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? : Yes, candidate will be working in an Agile team managed by client and facing client and business users on daily basis.

What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? 4 people at onsite, 4 at offshore. Dress code formal . 8 hrs

Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to the client site? : No. Relocation to client location is needed.
