Okaya's client is looking for below onsite position:
Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Fremont, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract( Corp to Corp)
NEED minimum of 10 - 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 9 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Facilitating and documenting the definition of business requirements
Architecting and analyzing solution options that meet business requirements and maximize business benefit
Defining and documenting functional specifications
Documenting technical specs for customizing solutions
Coordinating solution development
Performing customizing tasks
Performing unit and cycle testing
Organizing and managing user acceptance testing
Defining and managing cutover plan to transition solution to production state
Assisting change management/training requirement on cut over to the new solutions
Skills Required:
Experience managing small to medium sized projects and/or providing a key contributor role on medium to large sized business solution projects
Experience in complex business process re-engineering
Experience in working with cross-functional team
Experience in working with various development (.Net, Java, ABAP etc.) team
Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, like Functional specification, Solutions assessment matrix, etc.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware/software lifecycles, ERP solutions, ERP development environments/tools
Strong understanding of BSA and project management best practices
Ability to work independently
Ability to work on multiple and often competing issues at the same time
Strong desire to learn
Nice to have:
Experience working in or supporting field service and/or engineering organizations
Experience supporting business applications using SharePoint including Workflow, K2 Workflow, .NET User Interfaces, .SQL Databases
Experience in WCM, ECM and Portal systems and architectures
Experience supporting business applications using ERP solutions such as SAP services modules
