Position: Performance tester
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Requisition Detail:-

• ·  8+ Years of experience in performing (Performance Tester) and work on (Selenium)Load testing on enterprise platforms for large user base and high volume and concurrent database (SQL Server) transactions.
• ·  Proficient in planning, conducting and documenting performance and load testing for external facing web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and TFS 2015 automation platform.
• ·  Deep knowledge and understanding of web performance test automation techniques, including but not limited to recording , scripting and parameterizing load tests (shared steps etc.) for various user load scenarios.
• ·  Work across multiple Scrum teams (5+), corresponding Product Owners and Technical leads to help maintain, prioritize and turn around (load) test case executions as per criticality of application components and release roadmap.
• ·  Quickly create detailed reports for load tests as they are completed and help identify underlined system or application bottlenecks.
• ·  Be a team player, proactively communicate test results by setting up recurring and ad-hoc meetings, solicit  and capture feedbacks and incorporate those into future test scenarios.
• ·  Leverage and enhance an existing Load Testing framework that utilizes Page Object Model, scripting of UI elements and other foundational modules. Expected to quickly understand and author web performance tests in C#/.NET framework using these components.
• ·  Any prior experience with conducting Load Testing of ASP.NET web applications in conjunction with SFDC (Salesforce portal) as the parent application container will be highly desirable.
