SCCM 2012 ,Application deployment and OS deployment Troubleshooting SCCM deployment issues Altiris job deployment of applications and OS Troubleshooting Altiris deployment issues Active Directory Basic understanding GPO(group policy) basic understanding Basic scripting knowledge on VB script, batch & power shell Remote desktop and server support & troubleshooting experience Retail stores support experience would be good to have(not must) Shared Printer support experience.
