Skill Set :: 

·         Assist with the creation of and the implementation of corporate User Experience Guidelines.

·         Create innovative design deliverables (process flows, personas, journey maps, design specifications and wireframes) that support both business and user goals.

·         Ability to document new and innovative ideas and solutions along with documenting clear justification for design decisions with relevant supporting data.

·         Understand architecture design patterns and responsive design frameworks in order to maintain consistency and quality across applications.

·         Work closely with business analysts to develop user research and usability tests as needed.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as a broader emerging technology team throughout the design process to design and deliver effective product solutions.

·         Support delivery by responding to questions from cross-functional team members.

              ·         Translates user and market research findings into design solutions.
