Sr. Quality Assurance engineer will be responsible for testing web based application which includes both backend and front end testing of sites, forms, cross browser and unit testing.QA engineer should be a team player and willing to work closely with the team do what is required to resolve issues. Experience and expert knowledge on Quality Assurance standards, software, tools, and best practices. Work as an embedded QA on an agile scrum team. Hands on experience on both Manual and Automation Testing, Experience in automation testing using Selenium or QTP and backend database testing experience. Ability to analyze and understand functional requirements for software being tested and document Quality Management Plan. Responsible to write test cases and signoff user stories as a release candidate. Manage/assign/prioritize defects for the development team and work closely with developers towards resolution. Perform manual QA of web application with experience using JIRA to create/execute test cases for smoke/regression testing. Experience in various testing phases Integration, Regression, UAT, etc. Report test execution results accurately to the software development team and management. Ability to troubleshoot/triage issues using tools and by analyzing log files. Strong Written and Oral communication skills to assist PM with documentation during initial phase of development along with QA documentation BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
