- Self-directed
- 10 years' experience in the IT industry
- Automotive knowledge preferred
- Proficient in TOAD, SQL Navigator or SQL Plus
- Expert knowledge of Unix, Oracle databases and the PLSQL programming language
- Comfortable with the creation of programs/processes with or without formal requirements
- Experience with conversion from mainframe to open systems technology a HUGE plus
- Excellent communication skills
