Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer for a large Industrial Automation company located in Beachwood, OH. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the development of integration and functional tests for embedded real time products. In addition having a strong development background in C++ is required.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

·         Development of automated unit tests, from requirements through execution and delivery.

·         5+ years of software engineering experience

·         5+ C++ programming language.

·         Team work

·         Integration experience

 

Desired but not required skills:

·         Scripting languages like Python.

·         Unit testing frameworks like Cpp Unit

·         Rational products such as Clear case, Clear quest, and Collaborative Life cycle Management specifically DNG and RQM components

·         Development tools such as IAR compilers and Coverity.

·         ARM Cortex architectures

 

Minimum Education:

·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the application of software engineering principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
