1. Strong in SAP ISU Testing.

2. Should have hands on experience on Testing methodology, Strategy and Plans and Estimations.

3. Should have good Project Management, Reporting, Customer interaction and technical skills

4. Hands on Experience on HP ALM, QA Metrix, SIT Regression and functional testing and performance test management skills

5. Good communication and team management skills and should have managed at least offshore-Onsite model of 10-15 members' team size.
