Job Title:   HPQC (ALM) Administrator
Location:   Bellevue WA, or Portland

Duration:  12+Months

Technical/Functional Skills:
·        Analyze  requirements, solutions, and estimates to complete installations, implementations, and customization of HP ALM 12 + above

·        Work with customer executives and IT Business & Technical Architects to develop test plans in  multiple integrated systems

·        Interacts with the client to define deliverables and discuss issues, questions, and improvements.

·        ALM Migration experience includes Installation/Configuration, applying patches, Set up projects, Users and User Groups and Maintenance of user accounts

·        Knowledge and skills to trouble shoot and resolve root cause issues as related to workstation configurations and HP ALM, TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA, LFT/UFT and Load Runner/Performance Center

·        Setup and Configure HP ALM 12+, TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA to support users and all environments including  Linux, Windows  Oracle database

·        Develop and conduct HP ALM, ALM 12+, TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA guidance and trainings as necessary.

·        Provide day to day service and support, help desk support including TFS ticket resolution required for end user support using Team look and Team Box

Experience Required:

·        6-8 Years of   HPQC  Site  Administration  experience  in Linux Environment

·        Experienced with HPQC and SOLMAN Configuration and trouble shoot the issues  raised by client

·        Hands on integration experience  HPQC with  TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA and Version One

·        Solid experience in Site configuration ,Project customization and integration experience

·        SAP module Knowledge is required

·        Hands on Testing experience: HPALM/QTP/ LFT/UFT

·        Solid experience  in Linux Environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Oversee HP ALM, Upgrades Plan and control upgrades as appropriate.
·        Manage users, groups and projects
·        Communication with software Vendor

·        Perform analysis on HP ALM, TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA, LFT/UFT and Load Runner/Performance Center logs and user problem solving techniques

·        Build/maintain the HP ALM dashboards and Generate Business View Excel Reports
·        Integrate  HP ALM, TFS, ALM Synchronizer, JIRA, VersionOne,LFT/UFT with third party products
·        Perform  Upgrade  and Patches installations
·        Generate Weekly/Monthly Operational Reports
·        Install and Deployment of hosts, software/services, patches and hotfixes, add-ins etc.
·        Maintain HPQC  License  usage and send  reports to the management on weekly/daily basis
·        Operational support (task and incident management in collaboration with customer's Service Desk)
·        Production and update of required documentation
·        Install and configure  Sentinel/Auto pass  licensing server and monitor usage with Open IT
