Technical/Functional Skills

STLC, Manual Testing, Quality Center, Clear Quest, Co-ordination and Test Management

Roles & Responsibilities

6 to 8 years of related work experience in Software Quality Assurance

Take responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of all QA activities including Test Planning, Health checks, and Reviews for assigned projects.

Works with customers/business partners to develop test strategies and negotiate approvals.

Well capable of delivering, managing and tracking project testing schedules.

Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, good experience in all types of testing includes Smoke, System, Integration, Regression testing

Should be a strong team player, routinely demonstrates flexibility and is a very capable multi-tasker.

Should have experience in handling Onsite-Offshore model projects, capable of leading a team who works from offshore

Delivers and tracks progress to testing schedules, within aggressive "time and material" project environments, sometimes across parallel projects.

Regularly summarizes testing status and areas of risk, and when possible proposes and executes upon mitigation strategies

Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers

Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure

Experience in IVR Testing

Duration of assignment (in Months)
