Position: Sitecore Team Lead
Location: Schaumberg, IL

Job Description:
The Sitecore Team lead will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 members with varying levels of experience. The team is tasked with enhancing and maintaining the customer-facing websites for our client. The lead will also be responsible for technical design, working with the Enterprise Architecture team to make integrations between various systems.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five years of .NET development experience. Hands on experience building high traffic websites using Sitecore enterprise Content Management System (CMS)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Sitecore, and at least 5 years of web development experience utilizing the .NET platform.
• Sitecore Developer Certification.
• Significant experience with C#, Web Services, WCF, Web API, SQL Server, IIS, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, and jQuery, JSON, XML, CSS, and Object-oriented design patterns
• Some exposure to responsive design, browser compatibility, and web optimization concepts
• At least 1 year of experience leading development teams, including ability to effectively estimate workloads, delegate tasks, conduct code reviews, and deliver to expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
• Experience leading or working with offshore teams
• Consulting experience a big plus
