Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Scrum Master Experts
Location: Des Moines, IA (positions sits in Johnston, IA which is suburb of Des Moines)
6-12 months contract
Interview - in person is preferred, will do web or Skype
Scrum Master - Encirca Business Services (2 Positions)
Our client would like to engage a Scrum Master for an Encirca scrum team.
A successful Scrum Master candidate will have experience and full working knowledge of all Scrum Team roles and responsibilities.
The Scrum Master will be required to facilitate the delivery of the products through the scrum process with the following responsibilities:
• Maintaining Agile values and practices.
• Coach and mentor the team (not a manager) to enable close team cooperation and collaboration to achieve the goals.
• Schedules and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.
Required skills:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
o 3 to 6 years applied Scrum Master experience.
o Advanced understanding of Agile Principles and Scrum Framework.
o Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
o Advanced skill level in the following areas: leadership, decision-making, coaching, negotiation, project planning, resource planning, organizing, adaptation, problem solving, teamwork and team building, influencing without authority, written and oral communication and facilitation.
Preferred:
o Proficient in TFS or Jira.
