Primary support of our Oracle /  Baan environments.

Overall performance / health review

Troubleshoot/Resolve issues

Data replication support

Participate in IT release schedule (Weekends as necessary)

After-hour on-call rotation for Database team

Database improvement projects

Implement advanced compression

HP to linux migration project

Environment refreshes

Perform maintenance tasks during Sunday morning window (as necessary)

Adhere to Andersen Change control processes
