Description:
Technical project support for IT Projects and applications
· Monitor and administer all of the production SQL Servers at PCNA
· Batch file (.bat) debugging
· Design, build, maintain and monitor ETL and FTP processes
· Monitor and maintain key data feeds with PCNA, Vendors and Porsche affiliates
· Complete ad-hoc reporting, data upload and data migration requests for business departments and IT
· Assists in database design, programming, troubleshooting and management of problems affecting IT and enterprise database applications, as well as developing the area for future expansion
· Test system enhancements to ensure business requirements are met
· Perform and track all Data Adjustment Requests while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
· 24x7 production SQL Server support
· Maintains customer focus; increase IT customer satisfaction with business users
