Overall Experience for the Requirement -  5+ Years of experience

Job Responsibilities :

• Around 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business. This is focused on Sales and Marketing functionality for Salesforce.
• Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD's (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR's (Non-Functional Requirements).
• Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert unit test scripts into business UAT scripts
• Do analysis of identified business issues and provide recommendations on solutions
