Hope you are doing good.
I have following requirement, please reply me back with some good profiles

 

Face to Face is required

 

Position:              UI developers

Location:             Boston Ma (Local)

Length:                6 months to 2 years+

Interview:            Phone and then F2F

 

30 minute phone interview. Than a Face to Face (Must be somewhat local. We do not cover face to face interviews)

 

Need candidates who have strong fundamentals and did some serious enterprise software development. 

 

Key things to look for.

1.       Passion and taking pride in doing Web UI development.

2.       Understand entire web application stack from an enterprise deployment perspective.

3.       Strong skills in Javascript, CSS and modern javascript toolkits like backbone, dojo, Angular JS etc..

4.       Worked in larger geographically distributed teams and interacted with UX designers, Product managers, Architects

5.       Able to articulate the problem in very detail and technical way. Should be able to have a convincing reasoning capacity on why he/she did things the way they did

6.       Able to give few examples of cross browser compatibility issues and explain the workarounds.
