Role: HP ALM Technical Project Lead(Healthcare)

Location: Cypress, CA

Contract: 6+ months

 

What type of interview process is preferred?
Phone Screen for NJ, then Face to Face for second
Phone for CA

 

What is the specific title of the position? IT Project Manager (ALM Support)

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? HP ALM 12 SaaS environment

Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Part of a team. Team is 7-10.

Key Responsibilities:

• HP ALM Site Administration including user adds, project creation and license moderation
• HP ALM backend support, including design and development of workflows and configurations with the tool

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure business needs are met
• Ensure all business process design and configuration solutions are easy to maintain and constituent friendly
• Experience with HP UFT 12 SaaS environment a plus.
• Training, documentation and knowledge sharing
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes and configuration
• Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of the policies, processes, procedures and systems
• Maintain system documentation to reflect application uses including customizations and configuration standard operating procedures
• Support creation of Functional, Non-Functional and Report Specifications including process flows, screen layouts and business rules
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills
• Software Installation and Trouble Shooting

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field / experience required
• 3+ years experience of HP Quality Center/ALM application configuration design and execution
• Excellent communication, innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, project management, business process management requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
