Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity with a global leader in motion picture production and distribution, television production, programming and syndication, home video acquisitions and distribution, development of new entertainment technologies and distribution of filmed entertainment in over 70 countries.
The Senior Business Analyst will provide functional support for the CMS initiative within the Internet Services Group.
The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with the chosen vendor for system configurations,
testing and managing development of interfaces with the development team.
Things you need to have:
•5-7 years Business Analyst experience
•2-4 years experience supporting B2C/ B2B sites
•Experience developing requirements and providing support for B2C implementations
•Experience interfacing with vendors and developers, on shore and off
•Experience generating project artifacts (e.g. process flows, requirements, user guides)
•Experience working on projects with multiple interfaces, teams and third party vendors, both onsite and offshore
•Experience working in a matrix environment on multiple projects having varying management and support structures
•Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex technical information to non-technical business users
•Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide span of people from executive management to offshore developers
•Extensive ability to work with and coordinate between functional and technical teams
•Ability to generate solid business requirements specifications and other documentation
•Ability to assess the impact and urgency of reported issues reported and coordinate resolution of the issue by engaging the appropriate functional/technical teams.
•Ability to make confident decisions based on service catalog knowledge
•Knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Agile Environments
