Description::

• ∙ Provide business and workflow analysis on processes used by the agency;

• ∙ Implement workflow and routing rules via an automated workflow engine;

• ∙ Integrate workflow processes with various data sources and web services;

• ∙ Facilitate process mapping and documentation meetings;

• ∙ Document program specifications;

• ∙ Design efficient methods for existing business processes;

• ∙ Research and document and facilitate user requirements collection with program users;

• ∙ Work with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems;

• ∙ Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff.

 

Required Skills:

• ∙ Experience with JavaScript (3-5 years);

• ∙ Experience with XML, HTML, and CSS (3-5 years);

• ∙ Experience with JAVA (1-3 years);

• ∙ Experience with SQL (2 years);

• ∙ Experience with Subversion;

• ∙ Knowledge of relational and object-oriented database designs;

• ∙ Knowledge of object-oriented design methodologies;

• ∙ Knowledge of Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM);

• ∙ Experience in business analysis;

• ∙ Experience in system design;

• ∙ Knowledge of database security, including role-based security;

• ∙ Experience with Workflow (preferred);

• ∙ Experience in Visio (preferred);

• ∙ Experience with backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services (preferred).
