Position:: Mid-level Data Analyst
Location:: Columbus, OH
Duration:: 12+ months
H1B/EAD copy required at the time of submission.
Skills required :-
1. providing support to data stewards to ensure completeness of the data they own with regards to metadata, profiling, and the identification and resolution of data quality issues, all in an effort to certify the data
2. Working with large amounts of data to analyze, understand, and document data quality issues
3. Analysis of data obtained from a variety of sources
4. Familiar with data analytic presentation tools
Ability to develop automated, re-usable routines for analyzing, extracting, and presenting requested information from the database systems
5.Computer literacy/proficiency in data query tools such as SAS, SQL, Teradata, Oracle, UNIX, and MS Office preferred
Strong Analytical, Process, Problem Solving and Detailed oriented
Excellent Interpersonal, organizational and relationship building Skills . Strong Team Player.
Excellent, Verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to be flexible, follow tight timeline, organizing and Priorities work
Efficient in MS Office Products (Word, Access, Excel and Visio) Interact with business analysts & source system data owners to arrive at a common definition of business rules, meta data & master data
Advise on metadata & master data definitions for their subject area
SPOC to provide inputs and resolve queries for that subject area (may involve deep dive interaction with the subject area team)
Support data stewards and business process owners to define and document standards and processes
Define data cleansing requirements, definitions & standards for the program
Define data acceptance, rejection & reload criteria and processes for the program
Interact with the business unit data stewards & source system data owners to accomplish the above tasks
Person having data integration expereince for credit risk management solution/ or any analytics solution involving (2 year of relevant experience) (must have)

8-10 experience is required Experience in Banking domain is mandatory
