These tasks include but are not limited to: migration and merging of a number of Salesforce.com applications into a single Salesforce.com instance, attending requirements gathering sessions, developing design documents, developing and supporting APEX coding, testing, and supporting the system.    Qualifications  • Bachelor's degree (preferred Computer Science)  • 4-5 years of experience functioning as a senior Salesforce.com administrator/developer for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization)  • Salesforce.com Certification is strongly preferred  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture  • Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries  • Deep understanding of APEX Classes, Triggers, Workflows, Validations, and Visual Force pages  • Detailed knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications and presentation skills  • Precise attention to detail  • Team player with a selfless attitude    Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications  - Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results  - Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities  - Monitor program execution for expected performance  - Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications  - Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support.  - May customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program libraries and technical manuals  - Provides high level written communications such as white papers, decision documents, or research papers  - Identify, escalate and document production impact issues for the environment to confirmed delivery for client and business notification  Experience using Java, J2EE, XML, SQL and Shell Scripting in a UNIX environment  Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills   Primary Skill Requirement Salesforce.Com Technical Analyst
