4. Excellent Communication (Oral and Written)
5. Ability to handle Client Managers, Business SME's
6. Ability to seamlessly co-ordinate and work with variety of Interfacing teams.
7. Exposure to Version Control Tools
8. Expsoure to Req Pro or Clear Case
9. Self-directed and self-motivated attitude
10. Industry Knowledge (Health Care Domain) - Exchanges, Enrollments etc
11. Process Improvement Skills
12. Good exposure to onsite / offshore model.
