Duties:
· Aligns with Voice Service Delivery and Service Architecture managers
· Assist with the development current of the telecommunications strategies and capacity planning for current VaaS, UC, Conferencing, and architectural driven solutions
· Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future telecommunications network needs.
· Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for telecommunication system's appropriate use.
· Where necessary, liaise with equipment vendors during installations, acquisition negotiations, and hardware performance issues.
· Remain current on new products, services, protocols, and standards in support of telecom systems development and equipment procurement.
· SLM documentation, Operational turn over, Service Leave SLA, KBA's
· Provide input and for data collection and analysis.
· Develop Business Cases, financial model, presentations.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
· Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with practitioners within the organization and with vendors.
· Solid understanding of best practices within IT.
· Experience working on Voice/Telco planning and managing strategies, implementation etc.
· Ability to initiate ideas and present opportunities.
· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
· Analytical and methodical problem solver.
· Ability to thoroughly document business practices and facilitate discussions around process.
· Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects and program delivery
· Good judgment in understanding how to manage resource capacity especially working with a 3rd party vendor. Knowing when to escalate or provide creative recommendations to resource allocation.
· Passion for connecting people with community particularly in the ability to connect with the drivers and passions the team shares.
· Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
· Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes and an advocate for the project
· Able to interpret and discuss technical requirements to a nontechnical audience
