| # Positions | DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Functions as the liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle. Ø Possesses strong knowledge of Mortgage Origination Compliance, Fiserv Unifi Experience and Loan Origination/Lending. Ø Plays a key role in requirements gathering with the customer. Ø Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impact to current system processing. Ø Works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements. Ø Provides input into the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects. Ø Provides guidance and context in prioritizing and determining complexity of problems and requests. Ø Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems. Ø Works with programming resources (in house and third party) to ensure development work is completed to specification. Ø Additional Information: Ø Start date within 1-2 weeks of accepting an offer. Ø Need strong written and verbal skills needed.
