Job Description:
Informatica ETL /Developer: Responsible development of Infomatica objects involving complex workflows in development environments; migrations of packages from dev to stage to prod; troubleshooting scripts; maintenance & troubleshooting of Informatica software on AIX platform.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (LIST THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS IN ORDER)
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5-10+ years of experience performing Informatica Administration and Development tasks including mapping and workflow development, migrations, tuning, user administration, applying patches, performing upgrades, design, scheduling and debugging. Experience with Unix operating systems and FTP required. Experience with Oracle and SQLServer required. Experience with DB2 for z/OS and PostgreSQL considered a plus.
- In addition the candidate should have attention to detail that accompanies hands-on problem resolution. Candidates must also have the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms to team members in written and verbal format. Additionally, a strong desire and willingness to support new and/or additional technologies will be necessary as business needs dictate
