Skills Required and Job Description:

“F2F Required after Telephonic” Visa: USC/GC/EAD Only!!! Qualifications:- 8+ years of direct experience in quality assurance, testing and documentation process. Experience with performance and load testing tools like loadrunner would be a plus. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or other technical degree. Any certifications in quality assurance or related methodologies would be a plus. Skills/abilities/competencies required:- under the guidance of the architect, capable of analyzing a project and creating a test/quality plan strategy in collaboration with development groups, and release engineering to deliver quality assured production releases in a structured repeatable process each time. Experience with structured testing methods, tools, templates and creation of manual or automated test scripts using tools like testdirector, winrunner, qtp. Experience mapping functional requirements into discrete test cases, formulating a test case document, and executing and tracking against it for current, and regression tested bugs. Experience with bug tracking, release / configuration management tools (like svn, jira). Knowledge of java/j2ee, .net based applications from a testing perspective is required. Basic - intermediate level experience in sql is required. navigating and working with oracle databases (preferred) Experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization. must have expert knowledge of QA frameworks and the system development lifecycle and working with agile project methodology Experience in testing in all domains of a qa process, functional, user interface, intra-application boundary interface testing. Extensive experience in test case execution and maintenance as well as knowledge of automated testing strategies. Strong knowledge of web development, client-server development, component-based development, interoperability, and database development. Excellent communication, and process flow diagram creation skills using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, excel, and word.
