General Description of the Engagement The Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Admin:

 

·         Manages large groups of Windows based computer systems for the client

·         The candidate will work with a team of SCCM Administers as well as provide support for Windows workstations at the Enterprise level.

·         This process provides consistency, simplifies desktop management, and reduces overall administrative costs while providing the flexibility necessary to meet the diverse needs of the campus environment.

·         The engagement will be 40 hours per week.  The start date, billing rate, and engagement details will be formally specified in a task order issued under the terms of the vendor's On-Call contract with the client.

 

Administrator should have the following experience using SCCM:

 

·         Create and modify workstation Task Sequences for new computer

·         Packing software to be pushed out enterprise wide

·         Push software, patches, configurations, and updates to individual machines or groups of machines

·         Creates and modifies queries for targeted installs of software applications to groups of machines

·         Run reports o Hardware and software inventories o Computer details o Network information o Compliance o Software deployment status o Virus/Malware infections and status o Disk space  Position Requirements:

·         Minimum two (w) years of progressive experience in the requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of IT systems and networks with specific experience in administration of environments using Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
