As a change agent you have a diverse technical background with key areas of depth around digital transformation, hybrid solutions and operating at scale.
You are an effective communicator and collaborator, who can apply outcome based leadership across teams and organizations.
You have experience with any one of these: CMMI, Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework; Iterative & Incremental development approaches; Continuous Integration and delivery
Healthcare background or experience is required.
You are a proven master of Solution/Integration Architecture, Architecting for Big Data, Cognitive Computing, and Analytics and understand how semantics can be leveraged extracting knowledge from the data.
Specific practical knowledge required is around Data Lineage, Data Quality, Advanced ETL environments including those in Hadoop, Data Warehouse and DataMart environments, NoSQL environments including tools, semantic technologies, business intelligence tools, Measures Data Enrichment Processing, Data Mining techniques for Insights, and using Structured, Unstructured, Semi-Structured Data techniques and processes.
Informatics Capabilities (Practical Knowledge of) Required:
Audit and Reconciliation processes
Data Lineage concepts (code traceability)
Data Quality best practices and techniques
Complex batch schedules
Supporting ETL environments
Data Warehouse and DataMart environments
Fully transformed, formatted, and integrated information environments
Complex history generation and storage
Application architectural componentization and rationalization techniques and process
Architecture principles and best practices
UML component modeling and design processes and best practices
The delineation between architecture and high level design
NoSQL environments including tools
Meta data and the use of it by applications
Semantic data, technology, and solutions
Very large database environments
Big data environments and architecture including tools
Project and life cycle processes
Leadership of large and varied technical teams
Roles related to architecture such as application development, business analysts, and infrastructure staff
Trusted data creation processes for Analytical Models
Information Delivery and Business Intelligence application design
Data Analytics and Measures Data Enrichment Processing
Large and varied user population support
Warehouse structured data processing
Data Mining techniques for Insights using verified business facts
Business user classifications (ie. Adhoc, Novice, and Power Users)
Discovery and definition of technical requirements and their relationship to functional requirements
Collaboration techniques
Determining the adequacy of documented requirements for architecture definition
Healthcare and Insurance Services industry required
Decision making skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Effectively influence or negotiate decisions
Complex source-to-target mapping rules and techniques
Data modeling of relational and dimensional databases
Multi-dimensional environments and modeling
Data modeling best practices
Application modeling tool expertise (IDA, RSA respectively)
Problem analysis, structured analysis, and design and programming techniques
