Role: Senior Integration/ Interface Analyst

Location: Orange County, CA

Duration: Long-term

 

Job Description:

Senior Integration/ Interface Analyst: Design and implement the various interfaces required for the organization's applications to exchange data with outside entities, organizations, and vendors.  Lead the Integration Analyst in developing and troubleshooting application interfaces.  Verify sending and receiving entity requirements are met.    Deliver timely and accurate interfaces per stakeholder requirements. Manage interface related ongoing support activities.  Implements measures to prevent disruption to business operations.

 

Must have Skills:

Mirth Connect, Allscripts eLink (eLink Designer/ eLink SSL/ eLink Console/ Code review)

 

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

•Ability to identify discrepancies between enterprise processing needs and the capabilities of software products

•Ability to troubleshoot technical problems related to the implementation and processing of software

•Ability to research and analyze information

•Working knowledge of HL7, EDI, XML, ETL methodologies

•At least 8 years of experience designing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining external system interfaces

•Experience in system implementations across multiple applications in an acute care setting

•Web programming experience including Java, HTML, and SQL required.

•Knowledge of eLink interface administration for developing interfaces and applications is preferred but not required

•Knowledge of Allscripts standard implementation methodology is preferred but not required

•Strong communication skills, both oral and written

•Ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

•Ability to lead others in the execution of assigned tasks

•Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task

•Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations

•Ability to embrace process improvements needed as a result of automation

•Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
