Primary Skills
· Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.
· Excellent leadership skills
· Able to perform proof-of-concept and review the test results & provide analysis
· Able to build design and configuration standards
· Develop bill of materials
· CCNP Certification Required
· Configuring/Troubleshooting LAN Switching and Cisco Wireless
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of Wireless Controller
· Configuring/Troubleshooting WAN – MPLS, MPLS/VPN
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst 6500 and other Catalyst Series switches
· Cisco Nexus 7K/5K/2K Series of switches
· Troubleshoot routing loop, Asymmetric Routing and STP loop issues
· Configuring/Troubleshooting Routing protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers 3800, 3900, 7600, ASR Series
· QoS (Quality of service) configuration/troubleshooting
· Configuring/Troubleshooting Network Security – IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of WAN Acceleration/optimization – Cisco
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of Application Load Balancers – F5
· Configuring/Troubleshooting of WAN Load Balancers – Talari
· Analyzing the output of all the tools and making recommendation
· Ensure to meet security compliance standard and perform review
· Implementation of critical Operational Changes and coordination with project team for project related changes
· Perform project related activities and IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change)
· Able to create policy and procedure manual
· Excellent presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the offshore team. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident Management meetings.
· Able to communicate with customer and be able to present solutions to customers
· Open for 24x7 availability
· Vendor Management
· Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities
· Prepare disaster recovery (DR) plan and demonstrate successful functioning of DR
· Conduct technical training to internal resources
· Must be able to
• Lead the participate in outage calls
• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
• Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report.
• Follow Compliance and Regulation policy.
• Keep the Inventory up to date for global locations
• Work with offshore team and ensure deliverables are delivered on time
Secondary Skills:
· Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL Process)
