Role: SAP Security lead

Location: Wilmington, DE

JD::

* Min 8-10 years of SAP security experience working on R3/ERP/ECC environments including experience with Access Control, Risk Management and Process Control

* Experience of building and maintaining SAP user roles across the SAP landscape and providing authorization support to project and business users

* Three or more years of experience as a Team Lead

* Two or more years of experience with SAP Security full life cycle implementations

* Hands-on, in-depth knowledge of SAP Security concepts across ECC

* Experience of work with functional track leads and OCM Lead to design and maintain the SAP Security Role Matrix to map SAP Security Roles to employee Job Roles

* Experience of performing security reviews of the SAP systems and participate in audit and compliance activities; solve technical and complex problems across the SAP landscape as it relates to security authorizations

* Assists in identifying gaps in security administration processes and procedures as well as areas for significant improvement, optimization and automation; and assist as a security subject matter expert and provide technical direction to team members and developers

* Good understanding of SAP Implementation Methodology

* Ability to effectively listen to users and managers communicate business requirements

* Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) concepts, ideas and processes to users and managers.

* Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings

* Strong time management skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to prioritize tasksc
