Position: SalesForce BA

Location: Boston, MA

Work Auth: GC or citizens

Duration: 6 plus months contract

Mode of Interview: Phone then on-site interview

 

Description:

·         Business analysis planning and monitoring

·         Salesforce integration experience is a plus

·         Conducts IT resource planning

·         Conducts system impact analysis

·         Creates system project plan

·         Demonstrates high competency in eliciting, validating, and prioritizing user and functional requirements; leverages BA tools and techniques

·         Develops explicit use cases/user stories; test script mapping

·         Documents and validates traceable business and functional requirements (show work examples); data requirements; process flow diagrams

·         Data integration understanding

·         Requirements management and communication

·         Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills

·         Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (knowledge transfer, negotiation, issue escalation, etc.)

·         Effectively communicates with people of various disciplines and functions (business SME, Manager, Director, VP, project team)

·         Requirements analysis

·         Develops and documents solution approach with vendor and/or developer

·         Prioritizes requirements

·         Creates product/business lifecycle roadmap, where applicable

·         Requirements traceability

·         Assist QA team with test case preparation and execution

·         Delivers Matrix Traceability report

 

Requirements:

·         Must be local and able to interview in-person

·         BA or BS in related field.

·         CBAP certification and/or BABOK education preferred.
