Position: Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: Full time

2- 3 Years of experience as a US IT recruiter, better have sales and recruiting experience

Need to have the LinkedIN Account

Requirements:

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

IT Staff augmentation recruitment  experience preferred 

Successful previous experience as a representative or account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the recruitment and sales process from opportunity to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Customer Service and client satisfaction focus is a must

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of closing deals with technology related contracting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.

Strong internet research skills.

Proven experience with entire US IT Staffing life-cycle.

Experience with IT staffing, recruiting, and business development.

Proven organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.

The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
