We are in need of a senior BizTalk developer for Ryder in Miami. This position is Phone and Skype to hire. Please provide the best candidate.

• 7+ years of work experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server (2009/2010/2013) development using Schemas, Orchestrations, Pipelines, Mappings, Adapters and etc.
• Experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) and BAM
• Good Knowledge of BizTalk best practices and BizTalk design patterns
• Experience working with WCF, XML and web services
• Understanding BizTalk application deployment Process
• 5+ years of work experience in web service development using C#/.Net, WCF, XML, XSD and etc.
• Understanding WCF Service/Web Service deployment process
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Interact with other functional areas in the design and deployment of BizTalk as an enterprise Shared Service 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 5 years software development experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Platform.

Job Summary:

• Software BizTalk Adapters (Intermediate)
• -Perform BizTalk Developer support as a Senior resource, including best practices in .NET programming within the BizTalk framework
• -Provide enterprise application architecture recommendations and implement as appropriately within the scope of BizTalk, SFTP architecture, and multiple interface partners in need of real-time and batch interfaces
• -Provide and conduct best practices in BizTalk interface architecture and design while aligning with the already established BizTalk policy, security, and business requirements
• -Leverage software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices in alignment with the already established BizTalk SDLC processes
