Description

THE WORK YOU'LL DO »

Perform as a hands-on tester across a whole range of smoke, functional, system integration, regression and cross-functional testing

Test plans, strategies and testing artifacts of test case creations, test executions, defect reporting and defect retesting

Responsible for hands-on test automation with the ability to spot points of value in the process

Interact with developers, business/end-user groups, quality analysts and clients in a highly collaborative environment

Perform status reporting with multiple frequencies

 Qualifications

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE »

Must have experience interacting with UAT groups very closely

Must have experience with Oracle Business processes (Order, Ship, Build (OSB), SOA)

Experience working with core business processes of integrations, such as order to cash, prospect to customer, and procure to pay

Must have hands-on experience with Certify (business process test automation tool), Oracle Order Management, OM – Shipping – inventory, advanced pricing/CRM, Oracle ADC (Application Detection and Control), and Oracle OIC (Order Incentive Compensation)

Must have hands-on experience with Selenium, Load and JMeter.

Hands-on Test Data management experience

Hands-on JavaScript experience

Experience working in an Agile work environment is required

 KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES »

Ability to demonstrable leadership, thinking and expertise with testing methods, strategies and tools

Ability to triage failures, identify root-cause and define corrective actions

Expertise with exploratory testing and strategic thinking when developing tests for multi-tier, web-based applications

Understanding of the full life cycle development cycle, from requirements gathering to delivery

Candidate must possess a passion for technology and software quality

Ability to effectively communication and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear bug/issue explanations, test cases, documentation of knowledge, and effective intra- and inter-group communications
