Java/Python Developer

3-6 months

Oakland, CA

 

Description:

3-4 year+ of professional software development experience in Java and/or Python

Strong SQL development experience

•  2+ years Bash/Linux scripting for process automation.
•  Experience developing for Linux-based deployment platforms preferred.
•  Experience with ETL technologies (Pentaho, Informatics, OBIEE)  Preferred/Good to have
• Working knowledge with multiple relational (Oracle, MySQL, Teradata) & big database systems( Hadoop, Casandra, Mongo etc) (good to have/Preferred)
• Working knowledge of Git, Maven is a must, and Jenkins is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

·         Experience working with Django is a plus
